DESCRIPTION:
Cinnamon essential oil is extracted by water or steam distillation from the Bark of Cinnamon. It has shiny, leathery green leaves, and small, white flowers with oval shaped purple berries.
CONSTITUENTS:
eugenol, cinnamic aldehyde and benzyl benzoate
